spinach
- 1 banana
- 1 cup of another fruit (fresh or frozen strawberries, blueberries, or raspberries)
- 1 serving protein powder of your choice (i have a few sugg if interested)
- 1 tbsp ground flax seed
- 1/4 cup of milk or water
- 4 or 5 icecubes to make cold
- BLEND
- then add 1 cup raw spinach
- Blend again! So YUMMY!
