3 cups chicken, white meat, cooked & cubed
1 1/2 cups celery, diced
3 eggs, hard boiled chopped (alex doesn't like the eggs, so I don't put them in)
3 TBSP sweet pickle relish
1 tsp salt
1/2 cup light mayo (I sometimes use Vegenaise)
Mix all together!
